Today's food.
So been trying to be healthy for Lent by giving up alcohol and wheat. Been surpringly easy :) wheat free bread is so much better for you, literally no bloat. Feeling a lot better physically without even dieting :)
So today’s food intake :)

Chicken with goats cheese and pesto - 200 Calories
Spinach, one cup - 41 Calories
